Got my alignment redone and tweaked to my preference and currently using G35 Coupe / 350z springs and staggered 255/45/18 in rear and 245/45/18 in front. My NTB tech was real cool and let me hang out with him and asked me each time if I liked the setting for toe/camber/caster. I worked with him to get the toe ZEROED out and have the wheel position straight and tracking true along with cross caster in spec. Loving the alignment and got it price matched for $39.99 for 6 months and NTB close to where I work.

Be careful swapping manifolds.. That can mess with the tune and make you go lean. Be sure you are watching those A/F ratios very closely.

I just bought a Borla catback for $500! Then I ordered the Motordyne 5/16" ISO spacer kit. I'm still looking for some HFC but I think I may have found some, just waiting on the guy to get back to me- Fast Intentions HFC for $250.

Now I have a stupid question. After installing all three of these items, I'll need to get the car professionally tuned right? Any recommendations for a tuner in the Belton/Temple/Killeen area? Also, does anyone have an idea of how much I can expect to pay for a tune?

I think pulling your cats off will push you over that line to where you'll need a tune...I'm pretty sure in your case the best place would be in Austin it runs around the 600 range...I'm sure others will chime in

yeah I already swapped them over..havent driven yet because im still waiting to get a coolant overflow bottle then I will take it around and see how its doing. I figured with less air i would be richer which isnt a bad thing but figured I would see if steve can tune the car again next week and make a few adjustments.

if you were here in Dallas I would send you to Steve Kan at PRT Performance for a tune.

^ So I HAVE to buy aftermarket software such as Revup? I can't just tune the current system? Thanks for the info. As far as who does the tune.. is this one of those things that makes a difference in who does it? I go up to Dallas regularly (I'm originally from there and still have tons of family there) so if PRT Performance is the bee's knee's I can make the trip. (Yeah, I said "Bee's Knee's"- What?)

yes you have to buy an aftermarket software license like UPREV but you can pay Steve Kan and he can get the license and do the tune for you. You cant tune your OEM System because you dont have access to the ECU. yes it matters on who deos any and every tune that you get. Every tuner is different and we have knock success with Steve Kan at PRT Peformance. some guys with 16rwhp increase depending on your mod setup.
