IP with a long block? WHAT?!?!

Haha, just had to share my joy, I picked up a long block today, after I get my brakes, wheels, and tires, we are going to start building the heart of the beast and are shooting for a mild 600hp. Once the build starts I will be sure to post threads about it

There are several good machine shops in the area actually. When I make my decision and actually get working on the build I will let you know where I go for that. The only thing that is not going to be done by me personally to the block is re-honing and polishing the block itself. Everything thing else will be done by me.

Sure thing, I have built close to a dozen motors so this is nothing new to me. It is all about triple checking everything you do... very long and tedious process.
