It was a good turnout today despite the rain. If you cant tell I am a bit biased tword the 599 GTO and for good reason too. That car is simply perfect in every aspect of the word.

It was a car show hosted at the Ferrari dealership. It was open to all makes and models of exotic sports cars.

Wow. The 599 GTO is unbelievable.

The metal shield on the rotors is to keep heat in I believe. The carbon rotors need the higher temps.

 

Correct, its to keep the heat in the brakes. Its a full carbon on carbon setup.

I have driven the regular 599 and it was pure insanity, I could only imagine what this beast is like. One day oh yes one day....

 

I went to the show as well this weekend, was there from about 10:30-12, several nice cars, if you saw a guy in a TCU shirt, that was me!

 

Was that you in the G35 sedan? (think it had Hawaii plates?)
