The worlds first infamous Plastidip G35

MORE PICS HERE

As I was always the one that disagrees with flat black because its hard to take care of, no offense Jack. I know that everyones going to bash on this but if they can't tell its plastidip, its a custom paintjob which looks and feels smooth, also if I be going to CCM9 I will be protected :P. At least it will be known as the first plastidip G35. It will be removed after RKC, its going to be garage kept til RKC so that it wouldn't mess with the real paint (which it shouldn't).
And btw someone sponsored me to plastidip this, so all cans were donated.
Prep work:
Wash, clean, dry, Clay, seal, wax.
Since I had to take apart the whole car, I couldn't resist to plastidip the car.
Progress 1 (Hood painted)
1 and a 1/2 cans used.

It's pure flat black that brown is just te halogen lighting. I just finished an hour ago so no daylight yet. It actually looks great like a real paint job

Haha thank you. I'm going to start tallying compliments and negatives now. Counting jacks as a compliment so far no negatives yet. It will debut at rkc for the first time

haha the stocks will eventually rise.

Is it because my black rims that doesn't contrast with flat black? Maybe I can go buy white Plastidip... haha jk
I would go negative too but since this is my ride I have to stick with it until I find myself a nice benz cls

Thanks, it should be fine after all since its not a dye that eats through things just overlays it but not sticky enough like vinyl to take the paint with it. Just in case I made sure with 3 coats of sealant and wax.
