depends what year and what package... 04 sedan just under 3400 (AWD over 3600)

05 sedan - closer to 3500 (AWD over 3600)

coupes are heavier... Zs slightly lighter...

the 2nd gen sedan (07+) base is just under 3500, journey just over 3500, sport add 30 lbs (AWD just over 3700)

here's my weigh ticket - no sunroof (about 30 lighter than with)... if I were to empty trunk and mats I could probably shave another 50 lbs...

This is without me in it - 1/4 tank gas:
oops, after posting realized you cant see the weight very well... its 3380

Bare metal from the seats back. Braille battery, misc bolt-ons, OS Clutch set-up, Welds w/DR's, etc added up to just a hair over 200lbs taken out of the car. Should be around 2975 once it is up and running again in the Spring. No more drag racing though.

Edit.....that 3070 was with 1/2 tank of gas as well. Weighed 325x when I weighed it stock with under a 1/4 tank.

The 02-03 maxima is about 3400 and the 04-08 maxima is about 3600 and there pos fwd (like most g and z guys say...smh) and we are putting out better track times, so help me understand now.....maybe the drivetrain?

btw i hope u guys dont think im being a smart *** im just asking questions thats all, i might go 35 or 37 in the near future so i just want to learn the car inside out before i make a move.

unless you only weigh less than 100 lbs, you must have shedded more than 200 lbs (if its under 3070 with you in in like you said)

your number dont add up... with under a 1/4 tank you were 325X (lets call it 3250)... when you weighed at 3070 it was half tank (which we'll call at least 60 lbs) so would be closer to 3010 with 1/4 tank... this is with you in it... even if you only weigh 150 lbs, these number dont add up... if you weight 170 (an avg weight), your car would be 2840.... that is 400 lbs less than stock

My car weighed a little over 3700 when I ran my 13.2. Without me in it the weight was a little over 3500.
Are there any vids of stock maximas doing faster than what we run stock. I guarantee that the drivers are experienced meaning they go often.
