ok i have a question..i have a 2006 g35 manual and my cuz has a 2007 mustang GT manual...witch one is faster just heads up my cuz thinks the stang is faster but others say the G is faster so we are going to go to a track quarter mile and race but i just want to know for my self before i race witch one is faster..if someone raced a mustang on a g35 let me no the results you guys had...i think that my G will beat the stang...looking forward to hearing back..

 

1/4 mile the mustang should win but if you go longer than that the G should pull on the mustang. Its also a drivers race if you are both manual.

Well can you drive? can your friend drive? My friend owns a 10 second bike but he can only run 13s. How well you drive and know your car will make a big difference. imo

 

ding ding ding! we have a winner. why search old ish? when we can just ask and get some fresh data? and i agreee whoever can drive better will win.

 

A thread was made about this yesterday lol, that's pretty fresh. The mustang runs higher 1/4 mile times on paper. I'd bet on him.

 

What difference does it make now? Just wait and figure it out at the track. What difference are our words going to make?

Screw up (bad launch, mis-shift, etc) and the mustang will own you...and vice versa. In a perfect world stock for stock it will be a drivers race.

 

It will come down to driving skills.

 

Everytime i race a mustang gt i lose... and ive done it about 2-3 times
