CLICKING NOISE for AT

Exclamation CLICKING NOISE for AT

Hey Ive been hearing this noise , like when in Park, and i shift to Drive or Reverse, i hear this clicking noise, like from the transmission i think or the wheels, could something be wrong ?

sounds like the tsb for the rear axle clicking

i have the same issue but mine is an 06 5at coupe

Yes it is the rear axle clicking this is a common problem with the 5at coupes..you can get it fixed under warranty. If you dont have warranty they might be a recall or something on this so you can get it for free. I forgot where I found this problem though.

definetly rear axle click.i have the same problem but im out of warranty so im out of luck=[

No doubt thats the Notorious Axle clicking... I just had it last month, but no luck because my warranty is out... (it might cost you around $250)..oh well now my baby's arithis are gone..

san diego under warrenty 05 G35

i just had this fixed on my 05 coupe.. it is what the dealer called transmission "splines"... ask them,, they know.. hope this helps..

As everyone else mentioned, the clicking is coming from the rear axle. I had mine fixed under warranty earlier this year.
