What are you new? he could have hurt someone he could have gotten sued insurance would have increased and he might have gotten a ticket or points so I'd rather pay 2K for the tranny personally I would have used the E brake that's what its there for but car parts are replacable and aren't worth hurting someone I truly hope that's not your mentality behind the wheel
