JWT vs ACT for Clutch flywheel combo. which is better?

I know this question was asked kinda indirectly in many threads, but wondering if any one used both the JWT and ACT clutch f/w combo and which one is better in terms of noise level, chatter and pedal stiffness.

(I guess holding power is sorta same for both. I have an all stock 06' G35, so I am not really worried about holding power)
