vdc ** ras ***lights on after driving for a few miles

Hey guys, a few months ago I had finshed putting my motor in and now when I drive for a few miles my VDC, RAS, and another light comes on all at once. I did drop my cross member. When I put it all back together I made sure everything was lined up the way it was supposed to be. I also removed my steering wheel for somthing else. That was all I done.
Now when I got the motor back I took it to a shop for them to do all the timeing, and the upper and lower oil pan. I installed the motor took it back to the shop for them to do the first start up. When I had ot towed back to the house to finish odds and ends I noticed the rear main seal was leaking. I had to takr it back to them so the could put a new seal in and they told me they didn't drop the cross member. Ever since I picked it up it has done this. Drive for a few miles and bang they all come on..... Does anyone know whts this could be? It never did this befor the motor blew........
