Probably not. I bought his block and the piston bores measurements are incredibly consistent with a new block so it can be rebuilt with stock bore pistons. Mirror finish. Never seen anything like it.

Rev up?
2005-2007 6MT = Rev-up
Is it possible to get the original crank replaced after spinning the rod bearings ?
I know I'd need to flush the engine and look for scaring in the cylinder walls , but is it worth replacing ??

Sometimes, depends on how badly gouged it is, usually you're looking at a short block rebuild at minimum. Machine shop can tell you if the crank is still within spec after milling. Block is destroyed though probably, as well as the bearing cap.
