Engine sounds like a buzzsaw?!

Engine sounds like a buzzsaw?!
Hey all,
I can't figure this out and all the infiniti dealers near me are booked until December 2090. I have an 03 g35 coupe 5AT. When I'm at a stop and start to accelerate, and before or after it shifts gears...I get some kind of weird noise. Kind of like a grinding, or a quiet version of an electric saw going through wood. The sound is for a second or two. It's so hard to describe, and it just started happening. It's not like the ABS testing in because it happens the whole time I'm driving through stop and go traffic. I think it's the loudest when I go from first to second gear, but I also hear it from second to third. I have to drive 500 miles next week and I'm worried. It happens EVERY time I start to move, but its hard to hear with other cars around. I'm going to drive around now and see if I can get a better description lol

I hear it from mine too I have an 03 sedan 5AT and it happens nce in a great while I havent taken it to infiniti yet but I will in few days I'll keep you posted on what they tell me
