SES - Help!

I was driving last night and my SES light came on - steady on not blinking. The gas cap is on tight, all the seals around the intake/hose are tight, and it looks like the oil is fine.

I just tried to reset the ECU using these instructions.

After a couple tries the SES light turned off, but when the engine revs between 3 and 4k rpms it starts to flicker. When I released the pedal and let it idle it stayed off for the most part but still flickered here and there. By flicker I mean not a steady blink, but a sporadic on/off a random number of times then stays off again.

Any ideas?

If you don't have an OBDII scanner, take it to a parts store so they can run the code.

No, it just happened about an hour ago and all the shops are closed (like Autozone).

More info: I came back home and turned off the car, then turned it back on and went for another drive and it didn't happen again. Didn't notice a loss of power in either instance.
