ok... So i got the reservoir one and the top radiator hose in.

Notes, i used a 3/4" to 1 3/4" worm drive clamp to secure the upper radiator hose. the OEM one was really too small.

and the hose we have to cut is the overflow reservoir hose, by about 2". Put it in place, feed the hose through the reservoir supports and then cut it. DON'T CUT TOO MUCH!



i then fitted the other two (block hose and lower radiator) in place. i actually have an Earl's Prolite 350 hose in place for the block hose. Will probably keep it.

Now that everyone is FINALLY getting their hoses, I would just like to thank everyone for their patience!

I know it was a long road, made complicated by vendor speed & lack of communication speed, a death in my family and, of course overseas shipping and customs!

Again, I just want to thnak everyone for not taking it out on me, and not once calling me "Ducatiguy" {sniff - tear in my eye}.. thanks guys!

Did your kits come with Hose Clamps??
If not, what did you do for clamps??

 

The kits do not come with clamps. It is possbile to use the original clamps, but they are a PITA.

You can use regular worm-drive clamps, avail from Home Dept.

You can also order in annodized connectors from various vendors. Stillen carries a full Pi-Thon kit for the G35.

Well hopefully if you guys got them on the 6-7th.. and are in Cali.. that means UPS Ground went out maybe the 4th or 5th?

Sitting near DC without hoses still.. UPS Ground is usually 5 biz days from Cali I think. Watching Ground tracking is so depressing Hopefully this week I'll have some hoses!

 

I got mine yesterday and I live in St. Louis. I'm also last on the list.

I also saw a Z with the kit that used color matched zip ties and it looked pretty sweet.
