Yes. First I drained the rad and disconnected the other lower coolant hoses to drain as much as possible. Reconnected the hoses and opened the Air Relief plug in the heater line and flushed through the filler neck. Then flushed through each of the openings with the hoses removed including the intake manifold collector. Tried to reverse flush as much as I could. Then I reconnected, and circulated clear water through with the engine running to warm, disconnected and drained everything again prior to filling. I guess with these 'Long Life' coolants, it's important to make sure all traces of the old coolant are gone, or it can affect the longevity of the new coolant.
