Anyone know if I could put a 2004 ECM in an 2005 G35 2 door coupe.
Or even a 2005 g35 4 door if that would fit
Mine has issues and it is the only one I could find.
Both are automatic cars!

Should work. Plug it in and try. If not, you can always re-sell it on Ebay etc.

I don't think it would work. Not because it's a coupe/sedan thing. Although I think there might be differences. But because of the key transponder. When you plug in the new ecu and then plug in your key, the ecu's security won't reconize your key transponder signal. No workie. You might have to get your key reprogrammed at the dealer. That is if your ecu's are actually swappable.

I don't think it would work. If you can try before you buy.
