Max Output On Stock Internals?

hi every one let me start off bye telling u about my car 2003 g35
i have the vortech super charger and a cat back exhaust. its been dynoed at 335 whp 300 whtq. in about a month from now im geting dc headers and the 9 lb pully on my car it has the (6lb now) and also a fpr so it can be tuned propely. sorces say i should have about 360-380 whp after that is done.
so thats around 450 crank. my delema is i just came acrost a ge=reat deal on intakemanaflod with will pust my whp to 400 or mabey even more!
im wondering if i should get this and put it on the same time i do the pully and headers.
whats the max output i can do on stock intrenals
and clutch and tranny ect...
my car runs great now with 335 whp never a problem but will 400 be to much? can some one please help?

Just be careful while running on stock internals. I've learned my lesson on FI'd cars I have had in the past. I'd say upgrade the clutch/flywheel. I'd say 350 hp max. 400 is is pushing dangerously close to a blown motor. Heat+stock internals+boost=danger!

you can push 450 on the stock setup with proper tuning, anything more then you will want to upgrade the internals...but why not do that from the beginning to ensure your motor will hold up to the extra stress from the fi...

With the right tune I have seen 512 on stock internals on a daily driver. The most common answer seems to be ~400whp so that is where I told my tuner to stop. My car was still wanting more, even on crappy AZ 91 but we left it at 405/399 and I turn the boost down a bit for normal driving.

I'm not sure where the stock clutch gives out. If you are going for 380-400 I would change the clutch because it is not going to last long, if at all.

The stock fuel system gives out around 400-450 and you need a stage 1 return kit. CJ Motorsports makes the best one around, they are making me a sedan version right now.

What injectors do you have now? With the VQ the rating is about what the max whp you should run will be. Ex: 440's = ~440whp. That holds true up to the 750's. I'm not sure about anything above that.

ok thanks what are our stock injectors 350cc or something?
so if i want to keep my car stock (except the mods to get the hp) my max output would be around 370 whp
thats not inc injectors or anything intrnal ( clutch ect...ect..)

I don't think the oem injectors are that big. My RC 440's are a lot bigger than the oem ones.

That is whp and without a fuel return. I am making just over 400whp without a return right now but CJ just made me a sedan return kit that will go on next week.
