that's exactly the direction I'm headed in....just need to figure out which one to go with

I picked the 5AT w/ MM for a reason, and I would like to keep it that way

I think you are finally starting to understand why it takes money to build a car that can handle higher hp.

My stock 5AT is already going out, and i've only been at 450WHP for a few weeks now. It started out with the car not really knowing when to shift, it would tag the rev limiter till I let off the gas. Now it revs really high before it kicks in. Luckily I planned to replace it with a 6 speed before I ever put on my turbo. Waiting for the parts, can't wait for the 6MT, manuals are way more fun, and the power drop is less severe.

Plus, with a lightweight flywheel, lightweight drive shaft, and heavy duty clutch. quarter mile time, and survivability go way up.

Psst. go with the manual, auto is lame!

Im going to bring it back from the dead round 2.

When I shift from 2-3 at high RPM's it revs up a little before shifftin, not much, but enough to where I can notice it. Did you have this "problem" 617.

Also how do you like the built tranny?

Also 617 if you use aim, please Im me, or pm me ur sn, I have alot of questions about the 5AT, if you wouldnt mind helping me out.
