I wonder what kind of mission it would be to throw a 2JZ motor into a g35? People have talked about the RB, LS1, and techni is working on his Q45 motor right now...any ideas?

i've been thinking the same thing...especially after my friends saw a video of a 2jz put in an s2000...sick!!

 

Either do the crate 572 or nothing

 

haha that would be rediculous! Some boxer around town is having one put in at some custom shop around town. He also dropped 250 grand on custom paint.

RB has been done. the VK swap has been done by KEL - the motor is in, but that's all we know. The 2JZ would be a challenge since it's crossing manufacturer lines - don't know if the motor mounts the same and i'm sure there would be a lot of custom fab.

no doubt it would be a sick project though.

 

there a guy on this forums wos in te process of doing it this winter. Hes from Miami name is Humberto .. He had a FS thread for his Greddy TT, AAM DPs & Custom HKS 3" Exhaust.

However when it comes down to it I would rather have a VQ35DE (displacement or for the amount of work mine as well just build it and sleeve it 3.8-4.2)

 

Well there is some guy, here in florida actually, who will swap them into s2000's....
