Does the pulley spin when you remove the first 4 bolts? If so, any ideas to keep it stationary when using a regular breaker bar and socket?

You don't need to remove the pulley from the pulley bracket. Just remove the 3 bolts that hold the bracket onto the front timing cover.
If you want to remove the pulley from the bracket, you need to use an impact wrench. otherwise the pulley will spin as you are trying to loosen the bolts. I suppose you could loosen the bolts to the pulleybefore you start the removal process for the pulley bracket. The tension from the serpentine belt should be enough for you to break the pulley bolts loose.

Woo hoo got mine in today, thanks Nissan!! Damn thing is almost 1/2" thick.

EXACTLY!!! It takes about a minute of time with an angle grinder to complete.

I know, I'd rather not touch the original parts. It probably just has to come from a different warehouse...

Is rather get the spacer also.. Cutting the bracket is a if u have no other option..
