ECU reset necessary?

I have a 04 coupe 6mt which I redline approx 1-2x per day 5 days/week. The car was broken in properly, and presently has 11,000 miles.Would a reset make a difference? Thanks.

Re: ECU reset necessary?

Probably not. I've done exhaust mods and have not reset the ECU. It took maybe 200 miles for the ECU to adapt, but then it ran strong and perfectly.

It can't hurt! Try it and see if it makes a difference.
