almost there ive messed with it all DAY!!...frustrated and tired ill try and finish tomorrow...heres my progress....will i need a 4 or 5"boot for my blower??...its looks like a sketchy job...but once things are all together ill clean it up!!

you cut way alot more than i did. i only cut a portion of the top. you started from the front of the radiator support towards the sc. ill take more pics with mine out after i get some sleep. ive been at the strip club all night and i figured i would come on here before i went to bed. anyways i should have them up tomarrow night

project complete...the intake system works and makes quite the difference in sound..and possibly performance..the car needs a retune..i dont think im getting the power i should be getting..alot of people on here are pushing around..350-355rwhp..im around 340/342..with the same setup...heres some pics...tricky job but it was worth the time and effort

I just cut the hole in the front not on top.

i cut a hole at the top of mine but i did mine a little diffrent cause no one that ive seen has done it the way i did plus i wanted to use the stock intake tube that came with the kit fo the Z. i cut it to where some of it shows from the top of the grill. i tries to post pics but my bluetooth isnt wanting to work right now. ill get some pics up tomarrow.

i had to cut on top of mine too...i couldnt get a 4' to 3'-1/2" reducer cupling for the blower in there without cutting from the top...it was tricky but im happy with the results

Why are you still using the inline filter after this mod it is no longer needed. Adds more restrictive flow
