Recipe's for Power?

It's probably a report but it's all good...

For N/A to achieve 337hp+ :

- F-Con V Pro
- N/A Cam's
- HKS Hi Power dual exhaust
- HKS Suction Power Intake
- Intake spacer?

true or false?

WHP, false - crank hp true (possibly)...

I'm doing cams & headers this week... currently have intake, plenum spacer, modified upper & lower collector, TBS, HFC, exhaust & dyno tuned with Osiris... I'll know early next week what if any gains the cams & headers give.

Base line was 277hp, 255 trq on a dynapack...

false.

Need better heads. More piston compression. cams need lots of lift.

down side: loss of streetability. horrible idle. and gas mileage...

Our heads actually flow quite well.

Agree with higher compression ratio though. I haven't seen a 3.5VQ dyno that high, even with the HR motor.

Yeah its a long shot without Boring and stroking the engine. Yeah the heads are alright. but I was talkin pure racing heads. But NA route is lots of money, if not time and knowledge.

Ya, it's more cost efficient to go FI initially.

Theres your problem I havent read SS since the F&F days

I found sportcompact car better, and theres nothing better than talking to people who actually have the mods.

I don't think there is a good "recipe" everyone's car seems to react to mods a little differently. I say save your money for an SC or Turbo. Once I put that down payment on the house its time to buy a powerlab turbo
