GreenGoblin sells them. But you can just order an aluminum pipe and cut yourself one. The spacer goes in between the timing cover and power steering bracket. I didn't use it.

If you are doing this make sure you don't strip the bolts from the tension pulleys. They are smaller and they are tight too so they are easier to strip.

Andrei you really need to put in the spacer, if you keep running the belts with tension on them and no spacer or idler you can cause potencial damage to the treads in the block where the bracket bolts up. If you are having trouble getting the spacer in crack loose the 2 bolts that go through the bracket in the block to give you more wiggle room.
