decided on Amsoil

I finally decided on getting Amsoil, but dont know what type to get. here is the website. I have 64k on my car, and live in socal. Should i also get the amsoil filter, if so, which kind?

Go with the SSO 0w-30. The best they make.

SSO is best, ASL is great too. EA012 filter.

If i go wIth the SSO, should i still change oil every 3-5k or a bit more

I change mine every 7500... could go longer.

the additive package is probably the difference. The SSO is formulated for a longer drain interval and thus better protection, even for shorter intervals. More important though, the UOA of the TSO/SSO is much better than the ASL/ASM samples.
