Low dyno question

So last month I put my car on a dynojet dyno in fairly cool conditions and came up with a rather lean A/F ratio of 14.0 and low numbers Max HP was 194.2 HP Max TQ was 181.8 lb/ft this is SAE correction. The dyno graph was also I really bumpy, especially compared to others. I figure my car is just a factory fluke seeing as I have seen other sedans put down just as much HP as coupes and there were other G's there that day dynoing from 220-245 N/A with similar mods as mine. Just wondering if I can chalk it up to my car being a factory fluke or if something is wrong.

I've got a 2004 5AT G35 Sedan with a Stillen intake, z tube, MD 5/16" Spacer, and a HKS Muffler

any ideas?
Thanks
Travis

Your A/F was 14 all the way across the run?? Dude, you need to get that looked at or your mods are causing you to run way too lean. You need a tune

it was like 13.7 from 3600 to 4500 then it was 14 to 14.15 from about 4500 to 5300 then it dropped down steadily till redline at 6200 where it was about 13.4. would a tune fix that? or should i just deal with low numbers till I can afford to go FI and then tune it.

i wouldnt even think about FI until you had the motor checked out. assuming that the dyno was correct, your motor might be on its last leg. i'd do compression and leak down

go to a different dyno and retest. if it is still that low, there is something wrong with your motor. thats honda civic power.

don't feel bad I got a 04 5at I got 198 whp stock... I added exhaust, MD 5/16th spacer and hks duals, plugged upRev to it and played with the a/f ratio to about 13.5:1 all the way across the board, and play with a lil timing in the upper RPM I'd say about 5800-6600, I made 213whp after that....I gotta get back on the dyno n play with upRev some more

Yes. A built motor should at least have the bore inspected along with new rings installed.
