Do I need to change my oil after seafoam or lucas only in fuel? Also Seafoam VS Lucas

I found out the local pep boys has the redline stuff. So I'm gonna go get that in 5 min. I am nearly on empty so I was gonna dump it in my tank right after getting it, then filling up on the way home. Tomorrow I have a 3-3.5 hr trip I have to make. Is it OK for it to sit in my tank for 20 or so hours before I go on this long trip? And just to re-confirm (sorry I just want to be sure I'm not making anything worse)...I can use redline SI-1 and not change the oil?

I would not clean anything at 30+k
Your engine should not be clogged up with anything at that kind of millage (unless you used some really nasty fuel that you mopped off the floor)
I would blame fluids on your poor gas millage.
Invest in to good quality fluids through out the entire vehicle and enjoy good millage.
New quality engine oil
Good synthetic gear oil for the diff

They will all do the job with a similarly equal results. Each brand uses all kinds of marketing tactics to gain more market traction than it's competitor. At the end of the day that's just what they are, "Marketing tactics". All products will deliver and equal results IMO and clean your engine sufficiently.
Use of majority of those products is redundant anyways.
I have 170k on my G and I only used Seafoam once at 100k. No difference was noted after seafoam use. I'm still getting 21/25 mpg before and after the seafoam.
As I've mentioned before, IMO your main millage culprit are the fluids and moving parts.
So pay attention to everything that rolls and has any kind of friction after the engine. Lubricate and maintain those parts properly in order to reduce the friction.
