ECU vs. PLENUM... if you can only have one

I don't want to continue the chain of modding my car over and over! HEheh it'll just never end..

I want to end my modding (I currently have a p/c and a ztube) w/ either a Plenum or an ECU... the price difference doesn't really matter ... I'm mainly interested in what the majority here likes if they could have either one.

I remember checking out a post w/ a review of the ECU and the pluses seem awesome (I'd get the Stillen ECU if anything)...if I go plenum it will be the APS

Thanks for your input guys!

Get the Crawford Plenum. Later, when you get the urge again, get the Crawford Hi-Flow Cats. THEN, get the ECU flashed to match those mods. From Technosquare get the Crawford flash. And your right, the modding may never end, that's the fun of it.

I'd still wait for the APS Plenum to come out later on and see how that is before you jump on a plenum that's out already.

The fit and finish look a lot better. Seems like a quality piece... ...not that the others aren't. Not sure about better flow characteristics over the others, but if they are close enough then the tighter production standards win me over.

yep. There won't be any cracking issues like the kinetix (although I haven't heard of their latest version cracking yet) and there won't be any weld distortions that some have mentioned regarding the crawford that doesn't allow it to be seated properly on the lower half of the manifold. It's supposed to be cheaper and you don't have to send in your oem core.

If it's around $250-$300, I'll give it a shot.

If you have the cash, get both. First the plenum, then the ECU. I think they compliment each other nicely.

The Crawfird is here now, and we all know it works! Why wait?
