Carbonetics Triple Carbon Clutch Help

As some of you know my car is in for a 6MT conversion. Today we found out that there is no pressure against the shift work and throw out bearing. It is very loose, and there is about 1.5" of room that shouldn't be there.

We don't know where the problem is, whether something wasn't installed correctly or if there is a problem with the clutch. I don't understand how there can be 1.5" of space though, and neither does my mechanic. He thought that maybe the clutch and flywheel works with the OEM flywheel, as this would give the correct amount of space needed.

Can I get some thoughts on this from anyone who has this clutch? I'm calling Carbonetics tomorrow to see if they can help. Hoping someone here can help...

Called Carbonetics and was told I need a new bearing and bearing sleeve, not the one that I already had ordered from Nissan. These part numbers are:

Bearing: 30502-14601
Bearing Sleeve 30501-U8584

Really hoping this is what will fix it, as these are supposed to be larger than what I have and should close the gap...
