I was correcting you in saying you don't need to remove anything to get to the one under the TB ;-)

Ahhh yes. I see now what you mean. The post has been corrected. As far as reaching the driver side sensor (the curved one) without removing any components, I'd be interested to see how that is done. Small hands perhaps?

I too have heard bad things about the after market sensors from multiple people. I think I would go with an OEM sensor just to be safe as you suggested.

There is plenty of room behind the motor and sensor to fit my arm(6'2" 160lbs) without any issues. Press down on the green sensor. You can follow the wiring harness down to it. Only thing, if any, to remove is the bracket on the opposite side of the plenum from the TB to make more room to reach the sensor.

I am replying from my phone but I can post a pic tomorrow if need be

I'll definitely save myself some work and try that next time.

critique on the instructions after directly following them: Everything is spot on but removing the sensor from the acutal harness. Pushing down on that tab will do nothing, you have push the sensor from the base and the tab will unlatch itself. Not sure if that's what you were trying to say....

Thats strange? I just pushed down on the green tab and it cam right off. Both sides were the same. I'm confident the green tab is meant to hold the sensor in place, not vise versa. Either way though thanks for the info. I updated the instructions with what you said in case someone else runs into the same problem.

Did changing out the sensor fix your problem?
