BAD SCAMMER
Everyone beware of dealing with jaerian. He bought used AP racing brake, all new pads and all new NISMO camshafts from me about half year ago, and he has not even paid me anything so far. I even sent him a pair of 7000k D2R and K&N filter for free, because I was very happy the guy buys all my kits at one time. We agreed that he sends the money out right after I send the kits out, and we both exchange the track number, but he did not give me the track number because he said he sent the check with regular mail. I had not received his check after that 3 weeks, he replied that he wrote the wrong address and would resend again. During that time, he received the kits, but some of the pats were lost, and I sent money for him to buy new kit. Even though I still did not receive his second check, he said he wrote my address wrong again. What a stupid guy. I had sent my address to him for about 10 times in right format, clear labels and legible characters. I was still waiting his check until he said his car run into an accident on August because of my defective brakes, which he put on his car. I got licensed mechanics putting them on and worked great on my car, and also got licensed mechanics putting them off. He was like insane and prepared to fight me with law, but finally he said he would send the money to me. I have been waiting my money for about half year since May. I PM him and emailed him a month ago to confirm everything going ok, and tried many time to contact him, got no reply until I said that “this is the last message, if I do not get reply from you in 3 days, I will think you are running. I will be posting the story as you are scammer on web sites.” he replied so quick. He said bullshit again that I sent him defective kits, and his car is still in shop and will sent the kits back after everything gets done, if I defame him, he will do the something to me. You car has been in shop 3 month? If the brakes are defective, they were probably damaged in transit. That is not my fault. You indeed knew that, and you still put them on and got the consequence, that is your insight. I am not responsible for that. I do not believe you anymore, because you have been editing long story. I have been dealing with people on websites with my sincerity and morality, I can not get my 4000 bucks back, but I have to let everyone know your story. I know there are few guys also had the same experience with him.
Here is his information:

Re: BAD SCAMMER
acerys,
I have read your e-mail and others who have had the same experience with Jeremy A.K.A. Jerian either sending payment and not receiving product or in your case sending product and not receving payment. Internet fraud is a federal crime and punishible by law. You should file a complaint with the IFCC at http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp and the Department of Justice will conduct a full on investigation. As an officer of the court, I will be opening a file for Internet fraud in California to investigate Jaerian and Team Transport since Mr. Operana is associated with this group. If anyone else has had similar experiences with Jaerian, PM me with the details. Otherwise, I will be in touch with you for a formal statement.

Re: BAD SCAMMER
who are you anyway...some troll, I bet. Can't even spell GOVERNMENT in your profile. Don't come into our forum with your one post and start threatening entities that have nothing to do with this situation...your comments in the above thread about TT were borderline slanderous.

Re: BAD SCAMMER
As posted over in the So Cal forum, Jeremy never completed his membership application or paid his dues. we had a number of people that we listed on our site as members, but have been removing them. Josh has been slow on this, but will be sure to clean stuff up tonight.
I welcome anyone to crawl up our rears and take a sniff around. Transport has nothing to hide, but your remarks could hurt a lot of our efforts, like working with the USMC and Arrowhead Pond to bring off a successful Toys For Tots campaign on Dec 4th. (and yes, only the Marines will be accepting toys and $$)
If anyone has any problems with the validity or honesty of Transport, come on down to Extreme Autofest and meet us in person. Please PM me so that I know you are coming & I will make available to you an accounting of fees and activities.
Mr. Fleming/CalifGman, should you engage in any slanderous activities against Transport, your position as an officer of the court will not protect you. So, get your facts before opening your mouth. BTW, Jeremy engaged in Mail Fraud dork. Why not name his business, G35driver, his telephone and broadband service provider, as well as Infiniti and his high school...since he is associated with all them indirectly in some way.
Now, PM me with your office number, or location and I'll be happy to come on down. Let me know as soon as you have a case number. If you name Transport, please be ready for us to respond legally and aggressively to protect our name.
Another thing, the IFCC does not involve the DOJ and you must file complaints with the IFCC on behalf of a business or yourself. My next step will be to contact them about any complaints filed on us.
I hope you filled in the form correctly and paid attention to the warning about false information that could make you subject to fine, imprisonment, or both under Section 1001, Title 18, U.S. Code.
see ya at the next GTG, Joe.

P.S. Apologies are always accepted with a hearty handshake and cold beer.
