I'm about to attempt this as I found oil in the #5 and #6 tubes when I went to change plugs. Are you waiting a certain amount of time, or even letting the Ultra Grey fully cure, before putting the valve covers back on? Any reason why you didn't put any on the inside of the seals where they meet the spark plug tubes? I guess I don't fully understand where the seals are failing and oil is getting by. Judging from this picture I guess they fail where they seat inside of the VC?

UPDATE: Nevermind. I ran across a post from last year by scumbagsleeper that detailed what he did that answers my questions.

Found a video with someone who came up with a faster fix. He basically uses RTV to seal the tubes from the outside instead of the inside. This will probably be a lot easier for most people. The seal probably wont be as strong vs doing it from the inside, but RTV black is a damn good sealer and I think it will still work well and save a lot of time. Plus with this method you wont have to mess with any other gaskets.
