MTEC and PIAA Lights installed PICS
MTEC and PIAA Lights installed PICS
over the holiday i finally got around to putting in my new lights. i changed the corner and clearance to PIAA SuperPlasma #19170. the fog lights were also changed to MTEC H4 SuperWhite and look soooo much better. the yellowish look to the lights is completely gone. and in the fog lights, when they're not turned on, you can see a blue reflection in the housing which looks pretty good i think. here are some pics..
before the switch..
..and after
i have a few more pics as well over here
enjoy the new look if you're going for it, i highly recommend it. i wanna thank redwillow who first had pics (a long time ago) with the MTEC's and i've wanted them ever since. the total cost of this was about $22 for 4 PIAA bulbs and about $26 for the MTEC fogs.

If you look close, you should be able to see
the bluish tint in the fog housing.....

A shot head on with the fogs on....

One more shot from the side......
I'm Very happy with the look of these lights.

i got my piaa's from here.. import performance warehouse
they were really cheap, $10.87 for a pair plus a couple bucks shipping and arrived surprisingly fast, only a few days
with the mtecs, i didn't lose any high beam capabilities. they still turn on and look quite nice in my opinion. the white is just so much better than that ugly yellow and i really think it helps with visability a lot more.
GRT8G35 - where are you in central jersey? i live in eb..
