The rattle I'm talking about is not normal. It's very loud and it's on a fully built motor with low miles. OP, can you please describe what you're rattle was like?

That sounds more serious than the more common symptom I described. I'd definitely be concerned....

LOL - He's looking for the OP input on this. His concern is not related to those on a stock motor with no work.

Mike, have you sent the OP a PM? might be the fastest way to hear back. That said, I have thought this could have been possible after reading this a long time ago. Hopefully DGrant knows which oil passages were actually blocked.

Yeah - hopefully this solve the issue - but it will suck to remove it all again too!

bahahaha - but you won't need to drain the coolant. Should be able to do it all w/out doing that
