yea it could be something in the drivetrain like Shakuya said...so anything from the transmission to the wheels. a video would help to narrow it down. Does it make that sound while you're cruising at speed and not accelerating?

 

it only does it when i accelerate but when im just cruising it doesnt do it, only when i step on the gas to begin accelerating, i tried making a video but all you really get is the wind blowing, you cant hear it all too well, when the guy who looked at i showed him how it made the noise on its own then he took the cap off the intake and the screeching got louder so he said its the intake and itll make the noise as long as i have it but it shouldnt damage anything from what he said.

 

the fact that the noise got louder after taking off the intake cone/cap would indicate that the cap was only muffling the noise from inside the engine. it could be something from the intake manifold to the butterfly valve or further into the engine. again, very difficult to narrow it down without hearing it. good luck
