knock sensor harness?

i've got the p0327 code and will be ordering a knock sensor for replacement, but after searching and reading, it seems common that my issues could be in my harness. i can't seem to find a harness anywhere, so my question is does anybody know where i could get one at?

also in doing this swap/repair, will i need to order any gaskets or anything for my intake?

thanks

i dont even know where the stock knock sensor is located...but removing the intake/TB/upper plenum/lower plenum/intake runners all have gaskets that you can reuse... so you should not have to order any new ones.

As for the harness, i have a harness out of a 2006 G35 rwd sedan. It is a FULL harness for the entire motor that I have. I'd be willing to sell it but not sure what section is the knock sensor section.

It's very rare the sensor goes bad and you are correct, replacing the harness fixes the issue...i went through hell with this a while back. It's connected to the injection harness and clips off, z1sells the complete fuel injection harness with knock connector...i'll link you in a second only ran me 60 bucks to fix

that's it...they temporarily sold the knock harness by itself for less but looks like they stopped doing that

its just the section with the blue clip i need right? is this one better built than the factory piece? i'm wondering if i can just re use the clips i have and use better wire to make my own repair. i've already planned on putting a meter on it when i get under the hood.

i got lucky and the $29 knock sensor i got from local parts store fixed my issue, no need for a harness. once i got in there i found that it was easy enough that i could chance putting it back together without replacing the harness and take the chance of repeating the repair if needed.
