VDC switch problem

hi, about a year ago i've done this little DIY to switch on and off VDC completely. It worked fine until few days ago. http://my350z.com/forum/engine-drive...bling-vdc.html

VDC is always off now even though i toggle the switch to ON.. so on my dashboard, it's showing VDC off and SLIP light all the time.
I was able to switch to ON and there would be no VDC or SLIP light on the dashboard.

All the wires seemed to be tightly connected to one another. I used to have male/female connectors but changed to butt-connectors to see if this will solve the problem. Problem is still there.

Here's a pic of the wiring.

please help me figure this out

have you checked your fuses?

with exposed metal on the connectors there, it could have grounded and popped a fuse or anything in the circuit (relay, etc)

the connectors on the switch should be shielded

I checked the fuse box. I believe vdc has a "relay" not fuse.
How do I go about checking if the relay is ok?

^Apply the correct voltage to the correct lead on the relay, if its good you will hear it click.

then find someone with the same car - swap relays and see if that fixes your problem

I was actually thinking about that. Would g35 coupe auto 2006 relay work on 2005 350z manual?
