2nd engine rebuild: now will not start? Help!

My first reaction would be to check the seals and studs, but I'm no mechanic or expert.

Head gasket would probably explain your bubbling and overheating... Are you using new gaskets with your rebuilds?

Does the motor turn over? You say motor doesnt run but you said motor over heated again? Check for fuel pressure or fire?

Motor now turning over but will not start. No codes. Ecm has been changed along with several sensors, which ones I do not know. "Chain" had been misaligned, now fine.

This is the latest update.

Update: 2 codes, P0014 + P0011, changed both sensors. Car runs perfect, finally!
