Search here on the sight, I seem to remember there is an after market LSD for this car.

You could always do what the old school drag racers did, weld up the spider gears.... LOL

There are definitely aftermarket ones by Tomei and Nismo, but they're just upgraded VLSDs. I'm talking about some old muscle car gears that are always locked up.

I put a Quaife unit in my car, 2nd car with a helical type LSD and I love them both. I used the QDF13L here: Quaife QDF13L<FIXED>. They may have one that doesn't require halfshaft modification by this point.

It works now. So the helical works basically like the VLSD but uses gears instead of plates so it doesn't wear out? that's actually pretty awesome. I like it! Thanks for that!

pretty much, where a VLSD takes a specified amount of slippage to heat the fluid and bind the two wheels, the helical always has them bound. VLSD forces both wheels to rotate at the same speed at full heat. The helical will torque bias the wheels during a turn. It really depends on your driving style. I think the helical pushes through corners better but if you have a tendency to lift a wheel or drag race, you may want to stick with a VLSD.
