Just started a new forged internals build, will make a list and things I wanna do, but have a lot of questions, if someone has the time please let me pick your brain for a bit.

 

If you do a rods / forged piston build make sure you send the rotating assembly out for a balance so they can remove weight from the crank. The factory service manual will have all of the piston ring and bearing clearances.

 

-My forged build as fallows.
-Eagle rods (arp) cap bolts
-JE 8.5:1 fsr pistons
-ACL bearings (main and rod)
-Arp main studs
-Arp L19 headstuds
-Jim wolf oil pan spacer
-radium oil cooler with 10AN lines
-Invidia headers (will be changing to turbo manifolds)
-Invidia test pipes with full invidia Gemini ---header back exhaust
-Dual catch cans (radium )
-new OEM timing chain kit
-Excidy clutch and Jim wolf 16 pound flywheel
-radium triple pump surge tank (lol just incase)
-10,8,6 AN fittings and lines throughout the build
-Stage 3 head porting with 1mm oversized valves from supertec
-ported lower intake
stage 3 return fuel system (trunk mounted surge tank (radium regulator, 10 an fuel lines to 10an radium fuel rails. Way too many parts to list. Link to build is here.

Actually I changed some parts off that list. I went full radium fuel system with Holly double pumps. And in trunk. All 10an. And a list of other parts. Hopefully pic work...

Just some build updates from here in the great north...more pics to come..fuel system upgrade. (Holly duel pump with pre and post filters) Fully built long block. Power/fuse/relay panel in trunk. Rev up oil pump upgrade, too many to list. But heres a few on the new list...
