Like one month ago I hhave my car 1 day just Rev and is not going anywhere really slow going up the speed

So after I pass the 4gear in the drive mode i was come back to the normality. But 1 week ago I was driving and happens the same i was going i stop on the red light and y push the gas and between 2 and 3 gear is Rev and don't go accelerate really slow

But after the 4 a was good accelerate but I think is getting worse to accelerate is just rev.

What can be the problem??? I change all the engine coils I have new spark plugs. I change the oil transmision.
Some one tell me can be the throttle body
If anyone have I deal what is going on please lmk
