I want to get one of these, but I'm afraid the entire thing will just get yanked off in a matter of days. My undertray is about 1 1/4th inches off the ground and I smack it on the smallest bumps. Luckily the plastic things can bend and flex enough to not fall off completely. How would this cope with the impact?

This tucks up in compared to the stock shroud but still keeps adequate clearance for your engine oil pan and sways.. It follows the contours better and will hold up much better than the stock plastic. Being metal it can handle some abuse as well. I know a few that are really low who are rocking it.

It really depends on your setup. GENERALLY it should work great. If you have a lot of tubing/lines running below the radiator support/oil pan area than probably not. Most people would not even think about routing that way though.
