worst luck i swear. i was coming up on a overpass going uphill and my exit was coming up. there was a ton of construction and i dont know tally at all so i sped up to change lanes cause i wasnt sure how much time i had. figures fhp is sitting under the overpass with a laser gun. says he clocked me at 78 in a 60 but only wrote me up for 69. everyone was doing about 70 and hes like ya i saw you moving over. so its $90 and 3 pts instead of $300 and 4 pts which i guess is his way of being "nice". ugh.

 

u lucky... i got a ticket for 100 mph... damn ticket gonna cost me 313 ticket + court cost 25 = 338

 

If the court orders you to take the driving school to get rid of the points it does not count as one of your 5 (I think that's the number) lifetime elective choices to take the course.

 

thanks. i chose last may to take it to keep points off my record. looks like i have no choice this time.
