So i changed my oil today.....

Only 3.5 quarts came out.... It's been maybe 5 months since my last change...

How bad is that? Should I be worried???

with an oil change you can't just talk months but mileage. also it depends how many quarts you had in there before. i usually only put 4.5 which puts the dipstick right at the middle between max/min. also depending how you have been driving would determine how much oil you would burn.

if you been flooring the gas on your G and put over 5k miles on it and use conventional oil instead of synthetic than burning 1qt would be normal.

Spirited driving.... Not always flooring it, but enjoying the ride. I always use synthetic and add 5qts.

how many miles did you go between your last oil change? because its normal to burn some oil in between your oil changes. i usually do an oil change every 3700-4000k miles but thats about 5 months for me because i don't drive my G everyday. But im guessing 5months for you might be more like 5-6k miles.

why? i thought you had a blackstone report that said you could push the interval to around 6-7k miles on the mobile1...or was that somebody else?

But do you have any consumption issues?

losing 2qts over 5K miles seems a lil crazy if you ask me!
