Yep, he told me that he was in the military as well. Here is the pm from him.

So who would I contact in order to get this guy in some hot water?

Re: Volk Wheels
unfortunately I was sent to Iraq since I'm in the Military and I told me girlfriend at the time to take care of these for me and unfortunately, I too was scammed by my ex. I resolved this through paypal and buyers couple of years ago. I assure you that I am not a scam. That is why I only go through paypal now for any transaction to make each deal more safer.

That even sounds like a scammer.

I get so many BS scam offers for stuff I have on Craiglist. The potential buye always says "I'm out of town, so I'll paypal you the money because paypal is the safest way. Ill paypal you an extra $50 to ship it...blah blah blah".

k heres what i got so far:

well its as easy as calling a base and filing a complaint
thats pretty much all you can do
specially since you dont know where that service member came from
we get this alot and imma tell you what seems to happen most of the time
... first, the person who claims to be in the service might not even be in the service anymore and uses old pics and **** online
second, if the person is still in the base will do its best to find him/her but will not communicate with other bases so if you file a complaint with lets say MS Mayport
make sure to file one with NSB Kings Bay and NAS JAcksonville

I could also claim to be a 5-star general.

He's a scammer. I would take anything he says with a grain of salt.
