Well, we've just got our FIRST OFFICIAL product sponsor. KP Technologies has generously made about a $220 product donation to our March 5th meet. (click on KP Technologies above for their web link). The details on which products and quantities will be announced in the Official Thread after New Years, but the sponsors are starting to help us out. I just hope that Zaino, Crawfordzcar, Technosquare, Snap On Tools and a few other companies will follow KP Technologies lead (unlike TEIN ).

SFLG35 (Daniel) is the official Florida Representative for KP Technologies and he has offered free installation of the KP Tech. products (value of the installation is yet to be determined).

I'm in, how much is this stuff anyway?

 

Details are yet to be determined. As of now I need to get a T-shirt designed, continue to gather sponsorship info (to know how many logos we need to add to the back of the T-Shirts) find out how much the shirts are going to cost us, then decide upon an "annual membership fee". As of now I'm thinking of a $15 to $25 annual fee. This would include a FREE T-Shirt and the ability to get discounts from all of our sponsors. It would also allow you to be able to participate in club group buys, club raffles, etc... Remember this will be a NOT FOR PROFIT CLUB. I will gladly donate my own money to get it started, but want you guys to benefit from it (along with our sponsors). There is going to be a club bank account with a minimum of 2 signatures needed for every withdraw or check written (for member protection), I'll donate the money initially to get this going. There will be T-shirt fees, again I'll donate the money to get this going, but at some point I'd like to get my initial investment back (minus all of the FREE work involved in getting a car club started).

My goal is to get a BIG GROUP of G35 owners involved in a really cool car club with GREAT sponsors that really support our efforts. In return, we can buy their mods, support them by having them help install our more difficult mods, buy their products, etc... And we all get to meet new people, have smaller weekly meets, learn more about our cars and just have "good clean fun".

what about decals for the ride?

I do a bunch of logos and some ads at work in photoshop.
If you want, give me some basic things that you'd like for a logo and i'll take a try at it.

I may also be able to get us some discounted promo stuff, like imprinted micro-fiber cloths with a logo on it. As far as I know it's the only cloth recommended for LCD screens, so for those of us with NAV's it's great and to keep the HU from getting scratches from paper towels.

 

I made up some logos.

These were some quick ideas. Neffster had a good idea.

Anything can be changed, I'm always open.

The font is just whatever I had lying around, I like neffster's better not sure what it is.

You guys could hate them or love, doens't matter, I think a few of them just look cool.

Another thing I'm not sure about is if we're allowed to use a picture related to the car in the logo.

 

i like the idea of a florida outline more...unless the words are embrodered or something so you can see it better but a pic of the car under isnt a bad idea and yes its completly legal

as for Mt. Fuji...i think we could get permission very easily because we are promoting them not stealing their logo but what do i know
