I'm down for a mini-meet in tampa. been waiting for one for awhile and I missed the last one.

weekends are good but weeknights are better. theres a lot of restaurants on fowler near USF. that's kinda in the middle of everyone in WFL area. I'm open to anywhere though.

 

I'm up for anything... espeically if we can do it some saturday or sunday

 

Yeah, I took some pics but my car was, and still is, too dirty. Also, my car isn't lowered so the pics don't look that good. In person they are a lot better. Yeah you can see mine when we meet up and get a better idea. I would recommend going with wider rears or at least a bigger lip than what I have. I had no choice at the time, but I might actually buy wider ones...still thinking about it.

I usually don't wave to those with stock ones cause they usually don't care and ignore me, but I figured this guy might be on the forums since his car was modded and would wave back. Oh well.

I second the USF area for the Tampa part of the meet, but whatever the majority wants is ok with me.

 

I'd prefer tampa as well but if going to Lakeland will motivate some of our Orlando members into coming I say lets do it there.

 

I checked out Racing Zone's store hours and they aren't open past 6:30pm on weekdays. They're also closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

say what? So are they catering to the jobless or something. Who can make those hours to shop and hold down a job at the same time?

 

when they move the retail side will be open on saturdays but that woud be for another month or so

 

oh i did not know they were just doing whole sale type operation. I can se taking sunday off but Saturday for a retail operation that is the equivalent of not opening up the mall on the day after thanksgiving.

I don't know. I'll either put them on the sedan or sell them. It depends on how they look on the sedan.

Does RZ have the same selection in the Orlando store as they do in Tampa?

It is light later in the day now since the time change. We could do a weekday Mini-Meet at 7:00pm and still have plenty of sunlight. How about we plan a meet on Thursday, April 20th, at 7:00pm at a Tampa restaurant near USF?

Although I was born in Tampa and graduated from USF, I don't know many good restaurants near the school. Could some of you Tampa guys close to USF post up a few good restaurants that have good parking lots? Dan, Todd, Steve, Noah, Ahmed... let us know.

My thoughts are that we can have this Mini-Meet on a weeknight because people probably won't drive over from Orlando. The Lakeland Meet (still planning this one) will probably be on a Saturday afternoon so our Orlando friends can drive over.
