if i am correct in thinking which bolt you are talking about, you need to break off the end of the correct size allen key and then use a i guess a 12mm or whatever diameter the key is and turn it using that. This is what i did to connect one of the bolts on the wastegate, not sure if its the one you are talking about.

the allen key bolts are the ones that bolt it to the manifold im talking about the ones that bolt it to the down pipe adapter, where the exhaust gases exit into the exhaust stream.

take a full size wrench and cut it so its really short, then you have to cram your hand in there and tighten it, get a few friends over to help. sometimes doing it all yourself can be crazy, also one of your friends will just do it the first time with ease.

I used a modifed crows foot. Ground it down until it fit, socket extension. Used a small amount of puddy to keep the bolt on the crows foot until bolt threaded. One 100th of a turn at a time!! Took forever!!!

If I had to do it all again, definitely would have pulled the motor.

Alan,

You just gotta get up there and do it man..

Bend a wrench, get someone with some small forearms to do it.. It took me and my bud 5 hours for just those 2 bolts.. It takes patience and a little bit of customizing your tool(s) to get the job done..

Most def. next time going to pull the motor!

Take your time, dont throw tools across the garage and get it done!
