As far as I know from GTM's rep, they wont let you have your car back until its damn right 100% perfect. Cant say that about many other shops *cough* VRT *cough*

Good, same has always gone for us.
That is, and should be the standard for any reputable shop.

If this is refering to me, --news flash-- I was not involved with that company or any of their recent shady dealings that have occured in the last year+.
Most people already know and can confirm that.

Just kinda bummed for Hector and him being without his car still

Viet and Scott-I don't have my car back yet. There was an issue with the boost when the car was being dynoed and it looks like the belt was just stretched too much. So I decided to just leave it there and let Sam take his time getting everything 100% perfect instead of rushing it just to have it back this weekend. It's basically done except for the fine tuning. I'll try to find a ride to GTM sometime this week to pick my G up. Worst case scenerio, I will pick it up on Saturday for sure.

Nice to see that there looking after you, always best to get all the tweaks out before taking her home.

I should be back down there in December for final tune also. Maybe I should just buy a house down there as I seem to spend most of my time in that area...

Yeah, plus Sam was kinda sick this weekend so he didn't get a chance to work on my car as much as he would have liked too. I'm just going through some serious withdrawls right now.

Sorry for the OT Hector.

Yeah got the suv trophy and I actually had other suvs to beat unlike some recent shows. The remote is so fun. caskyline messes with people the most, I've messed with spectators a few times but they love mess'n with people.

seal in the blower went out started to loose boost and oil getting backed up. soooo. street image did all the work (love them they have always worked on my car) since is free and under warrenty i have to wait (sigh). hexx and a bunch others on here got a bach of bad new blowers from Vortech. so when i called they said since they are "backed up with new customers" i had to wait. thus bringing us to week 9 with no boost. im driving the car with no blower it drives fine just keep low RPM's. i drive my s2k mainly now.

dang.. i hope that doesnt happen to mine.. so how did you figure it was a bad seal since having less boost usually means a loose belt or something..i'd probably just overlook it as that.
