So all the guys that have done big horsepower builds say it can't be done based on experience. The guy that has an intake plenum spacer says it can be done

. Untill someone dose it for under under 20K I will side with the guys that have experience.

Yup, happens often...but I have no problem with you guys being "right" and me being "wrong"...it's not my money.

Go back and read my posts. I didn't say you "can't" run 11.5:1 compression with a FI motor and get 500whp, I said that I didn't understand why you would want to do so... IMO, the safety margin you are sacrificing is not worth the little bit of extra torque you will get in the low rpm range. Nonetheless, please proceed with your build. I'm curious to how it turns out.
